

LAUNCH YOUR BROWSER
Connect to the Internet and launch your web browser. For Windows users, Explorer is the preferred browser for navigating the "My ULV" site. You should use version 5.1 or higher. For MacIntosh users, Netscape, Mozilla and Safari are the preferred browsers.
GO TO THE ULV WEBSITE
Once your browser opens, go to the ULV website at http://www.ulv.edu/
and click on the "My ULV" link. From the "My ULV" site, click the "Enter Secure Area" link.
ENTER YOUR USER ID AND PIN
In the User ID field, enter your eight-digit ULV identification number. If you have previously
logged into "My ULV", use your existing PIN number. If you are a new "My ULV" user, your PIN will
be your six-digit birthday (MMDDYY). If your birthday does not work, try the last six digits
of your ULV identification number. When you are done entering this information, click the
"Login" button. If you receive a message that your PIN has been disabled,
please contact the Office of the Registrar for help by calling (909) 593-3511 extension
4000, 4001 or 4002.
SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT
Once admitted, new ULV users will be told their PIN has expired and will be asked to select a new six-digit (alpha or numeric) password. New users also will be asked to set up a Security Question so you can automatically reset your own PIN in the future if you forget your password. New users also will be prompted to read and accept the ULV "Terms of Usage" before continuing to use the ULV website.
EXITING THE SYSTEM
For maximum security and to ensure privacy, please exit the system when you are done. To do this, click on the "Exit" link in the upper right hand corner of the web page when you have completed your tasks.
