‘The Vagina Monologues’

Students and faculty will perform Eve Ensler’s “The Vagina Monologues” at 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Cabaret Theatre. The performance is part of ULV’s Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies Conference.

A $10 donation is suggested. All proceeds will go to The House of Ruth, a local shelter for battered women in Pomona. For more information and reservations, call (909) 593-3511, Ext. 4386.


Iraq War Coverage


Iraq War veteran and ULV graduate Robert Parry will give a lecture titled “Media Coverage of the Iraq War” at 7 p.m. Monday in Founders Auditorium. Parry is not speaking as a representative of the U.S. Armed Forces.

‘Eenie Meanie’


Theater, film and television actress Teresa Willis will perform “Eenie Meanie” at 7:45 p.m. Thursday in the Cabaret Theatre.

The artist’s original work is a theatrical performance that deals with her own experience with conditioned racism. The presentation is part of ULV’s Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies Conference.

‘Thirteen Genders’


A documentary will explore gender in different contexts. “13 Genders,” will show from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday in La Fetra Auditorium. The documentary, which is based on non-professional interviews, is directed by Cyra K. Polizzi.
