Theater festival

ULV theater students will perform one-act plays beginning Sunday in Dailey Theatre and the Cabaret Theatre.

“We,” directed by Micah Papalia and “The Physician In Spite of Himself,” directed by Keith Watabayashi will be performed Sunday and Tuesday.
“Interviewing Alice,” directed by Tony LaScala, will be performed Monday and Thursday. “Picnic on the Battlefield,” directed by Melody Rahbari and “Fool for Love,” directed by Chris Smith, will be performed May 12 and 13.
All performances begin at 7:30 p.m.

Senior clarinet recital

Senior clarinetist Christopher Franco will perform works by Igor Stravinsky and Carl Maria Von Waber for his senior recital at 8 p.m. tomorrow in Founders Auditorium.

Senior tenor recital

Tenor Nicholas Pulido will perform his senior recital at 8 p.m. May 13 in Founders Auditorium. The concert will feature pieces by a variety of composers, including Ralph Vaughan Williams and Cole Porter.

Singers wanted

Steve Gothold, associate professor of music, will be scheduling audition appointments for aspiring singers for next year’s University Chorale and Chamber Singers throughout the rest of the semester.
