Latino Retreat

All ULV students are invited to attend the first Latino Retreat.

It will be held from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. today.

There will be activities and dialogue that will focus on personal and academic growth.

A dance will be held after the retreat from 9 p.m. to midnight.

‘The Last Message’

The Faculty Retreat Committee and the Discernment Task Force will hold a lecture titled “The Last Message: a Thoughtful Gathering of the Academic Teaching Community to Reflect on What Matters Most,” from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on May 16 in the Presidents Dining Room.

TV and Brain Development

Dimitri Christakis will speak on his findings in the area of television and brain development at the Early Childhood Education Conference at 4 p.m. on May 9 and May 10 in La Fetra Auditorium.
