Hunger walk

The 33rd annual “Walk for the Hungry” will take place Oct. 15, beginning and ending at Chaffey High School in Ontario. The walk is dedicated to help serve the hungry and homeless in the Inland Valley. Register at noon and begin the walk at 1 p.m. For more information call (909)622-3806.

Coming Out Day

The Rainbow Alliance will host an event to raise awareness of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered community on Oct. 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the University Mall.
