Withdrawal, grade change deadline

Students have until Nov. 6 to withdraw or make a grade option change.
Changes can be made in person at the Office of the Registrar.
But requests can be e-mailed to stuaccts@ulv.edu. The e-mails must be from the ULV e-mail accounts and must include: name, identification number, CRN of the course and course title.
However, a $50 withdrawal fee will be applied to your account.
All requests made after the deadline must be sent to the appeals committee.
