LSF honors the dead

Posted Nov. 3, 2006

The Latino Student Forum put up two altars on campus for Dia de los Muertos, “Day of the Dead,” this week. The first, located in the Wilson Library, is on display until today. The other display was located outside of Davenport Dining Hall on Nov. 1 and 2. Molly Morin, a member of the Latino Student Forum, helps to decorate the Davenport altar on Nov. 1. Dia de los Muertos is a celebration to remember friends and family who have died.
