Cap and Gown Information
All doctoral and law candidates that are planning on participating in their respective ceremonies will be renting or purchasing (custom only option) their academic regalia. NO ONLINE ORDERING IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL OR PURCHASE ORDERS.
Rental Program Costs: For doctoral and law candidates only:
- Doctoral and College of Law Students: Rental Regalia Only
Cost for RENTAL regalia (Doctor and Law) $35.00
(Includes: Cap, Gown, Hood, Tassel, and Year Emblem)
- Order Deadline for RENTAL regalia without a late fee: Friday, March 28, 2008

- Law: Registrar's Office at the College of Law in Ontario
- Doctor of Organizational Leadership (Ed.D.): Graduate Academic Services, Woody Hall

- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.): Graduate Academic Services, Woody Hall
Important: Rental regalia will be shipped directly to the main campus only.
Measurements:
It is important to include all of the information requested on the rental order form. You will need to be exact with your height (without shoes), weight, and cap size.
Deadline Dates for Rental Regalia:
All orders with payment must be received by Friday, March 28th in order to not incur a late fee.
An additional LATE FEE of $35.00 will be incurred for orders processed after the deadline through Friday, May 2, 2008.
