Cap and Gown Information

All master candidates that are planning on participating in any one of the ceremonies on Friday, May 23rd or Saturday, May 24th will be purchasing their academic regalia through the "Keeper/Souvenir" program.

Important:

"KEEPER/SOUVENIR" PURCHASE PROGRAM COSTS:

Academic regalia includes the following package: cap, gown, hood, tassel, and year emblem.

Master Candidates: $55.00 (includes tax) $55 + $12 (includes tax, shipping & handling)

On Campus Purchase Dates:

You can purchase your academic regalia on the ULV main campus at the Commencement Services Office, located in the Student Resource Center, Room #101.

On Campus Purchase Dates: Payment by cash or check only. No credit cards accepted!

On-Line Direct Orders: Payment by credit card only!

Begins on Monday, March 10, 2008 through Sunday, May 11, 2008

All on-line credit card only orders will include CA sales tax and a shipping/handling fee of $12.00 per order and will be mailed directly to the student's home or preferred shipping address.

Note: When ordering on-line you must indicate: State(California), School (scroll to University of La Verne), and select Ceremony Month (February to June (Spring) and hit "Continue". Follow all directions on the web site. Any problems with your on-line order...contact the vendor directly.

Purchasing Deadlines:

On-line: Deadline date to purchase academic regalia to participate in the Spring 2008 Commencement ceremonies for on-line orders only is Sunday, May 11th.

ULV Main Campus: Deadline date to purchase academic regalia to participate in the Spring 2008 Commencement ceremonies for on-campus orders through the Office of Commencement Services is Friday, May 16th without a late fee of $30.00 added to the cost of the regalia.

Reminders: An additional LATE FEE of $30.00 will be incurred for orders received beginning Monday, May 19 through Wednesday, May 21, 2008.


No Regalia Purchase Orders will be Accepted or
Processed after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2008.
