Please check the Commencement Ceremony/Degree Chart to determine which ceremony you are interested in requesting admission tickets. For those employees who are graduating or with an immediate family member graduating, you are eligible to receive up to an additional (10) admittance tickets for a ceremony. If you would like us to reserve seats for your guests, we can reserve up to (10) reserve guest seats depending on the number of admittance tickets you request from us. Important: The reserve ticket is not an admission ticket. Each guest that you plan on reserving a seat for must also have a corresponding admission ticket. Note: If you are an employee who is not graduating or you don't have an immediate family member graduating but are still interested in attending a ceremony, you would be eligible to receive (2) admittance tickets for a ceremony.
Under no circumstances should students be given your admittance and reserve tickets.

Admittance and reserve ticket requests must be submitted by Friday, May 2 for Spring 2008 ceremonies. All tickets will be available for pick-up beginning Monday, May 19. You will be asked to sign a ticket receipt form.
