Ceremony Guest Admittance Tickets

Admittance Ticket Program - May 5 through May 16
Main Campus Commencement Ceremonies on Friday and Saturday, May 23 and 24 (College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business and Public Management, and College of Education and Organizational Leadership)

The University wants to provide a positive experience for you and your guests at the Spring Commencement Ceremonies on Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24. Due to large graduating classes in all of the college ceremonies, and over capacity crowds in the past, we must limit guest seating in Ortmayer Athletics Complex (stadium) so that we can provide ample seating, rest facilities, parking, and other services. Admittance tickets for guest seating is required for the the following ceremonies: College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business and Public Management, and the College of Education and Organizational Leadership. Each graduating student participating in a ceremony is allowed a maximum of (10) guest admittance tickets.

Important:Separate information on guests tickets for the College of Law and the Ed.D. ceremonies will be sent out by the Colleges of these programs for ceremonies and other related events.

Beginning Monday, May 5th, the following sites will begin to distribute guest admittance tickets for the Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24 ceremonies for the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business and Public Management, and the College of Education and Organizational Leadership.
