• The publication is a consistent general excellence winning magazine of the Society of Professional Journalists, Region 11, in addition to sweeping first, second and third in the individual feature writing category: 1998, 2000, 2003, 2004 and 2005.
• It is a two-time sweepstakes winning magazine of the California Intercollegiate Press Association state competition, and Gold Medalist winner in the Columbia Scholastic Press Association competition.
• It has consistently won All-American, five-stars of distinction from the Associated Collegiate Press.
