Campus Event Parking
Because parking requirements will not be enforced after 6 p.m. and on weekends, visitors coming to campus to attend events during those time periods will not be required to obtain or display a permit. Designated parking - except for handicapped spaces - will also not be regulated during these time periods.
Campus events scheduled to take place at times falling within parking enforcement time periods (Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.) will require attendees to obtain temporary parking permits. These permits should be acquired in advance from the department directly involved with the event (Music, Theatre, etc.). Requests for temporary permits on the day of the event can be obtained from the department directly involved with the event as well as through Campus Safety. Detailed information for campus event parking will be included on the university Web pages of those departments directly involved with such events. Parking information will also be included in all media releases/publications regarding campus events.
Parking for visiting performers, lecturers and dignitaries must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance through Campus Safety by individuals/departments directly involved with such events.

Athletic Events
Events hosted by ULV Athletics that are scheduled to take place at times falling within parking enforcement periods (Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.) will require attendees to obtain temporary parking permits. These permits should be acquired in advance from the ULV Athletic Department. Requests for temporary permits on the day of the event can be obtained from ULV Athletics as well as through Campus Safety. Parking information will also be included on all media releases/publications announcing athletic events.
Visiting teams and game officials coming to campus for intercollegiate events will be provided reserved spaces, with all arrangements to be made through the ULV Athletic Department in conjunction with Campus Safety.
