Gratz Band

The Reed Gratz Band, featuring ULV professor of music Reed Gratz on piano, will perform for at 8 p.m. tonight in Founders Auditorium. The band also features John Leftwich on bass, Mike Bennett on drums and Michael O’ Neil on guitar. General admission is $5 and students are free.

Kids club goes to the opera

ULV’s finest students and guest performers present drama, singing and music from world famous operas at “Kids Club Goes to the Opera.” The singing begins at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Founders Auditorium. Admission is free.

Mini theatre festival

The University of La Verne presents the Theatre Mini-Festival for five days in March. The festival will feature such productions as “Faerie Tale,” by Arlene Hutton, “Adaptation of Sin City,” by Frank Miller, and much more. Rico showcases local talent

Rico Coffee, La Verne’s coffeehouse, features Rico Talent, four bands scheduled to perform for three hours of great music. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow night with Mike Gonzalez as the opening act. The concert also features the groups Wilderfolk & The Family Jugg, King Kosomo and Luz de Luna.
