The fight for first place brought hundreds of cyclists up Fairplex
Drive last Saturday. The fourth annual Pomona Valley Stage Race held the
third leg of its four-stage race on a route that encompassed Puddingstone
Lake in Bonelli Park. The Pomona Valley Stage Race is the year's first event
on the National Racing Calendar. Tom Danielson, from Durango, Colo., won
the event after Sunday's leg through historic downtown San Dimas.
Concordia halts the men's volleyball team's winning streak in a tightly-fought
match.
The baseball team finally finds the winning combination against Whittier,
4-3.
The Cougars dominate the women's tennis team, winning 9-0.
Both the men and women's track and field teams beat all comers at the
Cal Tech meet.
The women come out on top of a gruelling week of competition.
The fallen quarterback heads to Bakersfield to continue his neurological
rehabilitation from his injury during last semester's Homecoming game.
