Vocal entertainer Brad Annan performed at the Spring Fling held in
the parking lot of the University of La Verne Bookstore Saturday. Annan
entertained the few people who attended with various cover songs, including
the Beatles' "Come Together."
Last Monday through Thursday, University of La Verne students from the
directing studio class presented a buffet of one-act plays.
The video game that has received good reviews all around by game fanatics
everywhere, has now been converted to the big screen.
"Everything is gonna go my way," wailed Monique Powell last
Saturday as the crowd before her was moshing, skanking and crowd surfing.
The duo, pianist Hao Huang and violinist Rachel Vetter Huang, compose
passionate music and also explain the themes of the music they play.
