Choir Tour Finale
The University of La Verne choirs will close their spring tour series at 7:30
p.m. on Sunday at the La Verne Church of the Brethren.
Gypsy Passion
Michael Ryan and University of La Verne faculty members will present a concert
of musical pieces all influenced by the Spanish guitar tomorrow night at 8 p.m.
in Dailey Theatre. Ryan, adjunct music professor is leading the ensemble of
faculty in this blending of nuevo flamenco, jazz, ballads and blues. General
Admission is $12 and $6 for students. For more information or reservations call

At the Fairplex
Beginning today and running through Sunday, the KM Showerks Doll Show will
be giving those interested in the fine craft of doll making the opportunity
to purchase supplies and accessories. The event begins at 10 a.m. daily and
costs $7 for general admission.
The Pomona Cycle Show and Swap will be at the Fairplex for its first time
on Sunday, giving avid bike lovers the chance to purchase new, used and hard-to-find
vintage accessories and bikes. The event lasts from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. General
Admission is $7, free for children under 12.
