'Pericles'

William Shakespeare's "Pericles," directed by Georgij Paro, opens at 7:30 p.m., from April 25 and 27 and May 2-4 in Dailey Theater. Ticket prices range from $3, $5 to $8. For more information, call the theater box office at extension 4386.

Upcoming Recitals

The Formosan duo of Shi-Hwa Wang (violin) and Ya-Jane Yang (piano), will perform a guest artist recital at 8 p.m., May 2, in Founders Auditorium. There will also be a student recital at 4 p.m., April 25 at Founders Auditorium.

Free Comic Books

The Comic Bookie in Claremont is celebrating the all-American art form with free comic books for everyone who visits between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., May 4. The Comic Bookie is located at 415 W. Foothill Blvd., in the Old School House. For more information, call (909) 399-0228.

CNN news anchor Willow Bay will give a speech titled "Navigating the News: The Winding Road of a Broadcast Journalist" at 7 p.m., May 1, at California Institue of Technology, located at 1200 E.
