Student Concerts
The Chamber Singers, directed by Timothy Durkovic, will sing at 8 p.m.,
tonight in Founders Auditorium. Admission is free.
The Chamber Singers will be joined by University Chorale for a night
of "Music From the Movies" at 8 p.m., May 15, 16 and 17 in Dailey
Theatre. Student admission is free. General admission is $5.
Jazz Ensemble
Reed Gratz will direct the University of La Verne Jazz Ensemble at 8
p.m., Tuesday in Founders Auditorium. Admission is free.
West African Drumming
Raynor Carroll's Ensemble KuKu will be joined by the ULV West African
Drum Ensemble at 8 p.m., Monday in Founders Auditorium. Admission is free.
Theatre Festival
The theatre department presents the Theatre Mini Festival at 7:30 p.m.,
May 12 to 15 in Dailey Theatre. Admission is free.
Movies
"Daddy Day Care," starring Eddie Murphy, Steve Zahn and Anjelica
Huston opens today nationwide. Also in theaters is "The Shape of Things,"
starring Paul Rudd and Rachel Weisz.
