University Chorale

Watch Scott Farthing, department chair and director of choral and vocal studies, conduct the men and women’s chorus tonight and tomorrow at 8 p.m. in Founders Auditorium. General admission is free for ULV students and $5 for the public. For more information or to reserve tickets call Ext. 4921.

Student Video Festival

View a screening of video projects created by ULV students during the 2003-2004 school year, including short dramas, documentaries, experimental pieces and public service announcements, tomorrow and Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in the Arts and Communications Building. ‘Children of Eden’

Attend the ULV choir’s concert production of Stephen Schwartz’s musical, “Children of Eden,” which uses the first nine and a half chapters of the Book of Genesis to tell a story tonight and tomorrow at 8 p.m. in Founders Auditorium. Proceeds from these performances will go toward music and theater merit scholarships. General admission for ULV students is $5 and $10 for the public.

Summer Festival

Visit the Old Town La Verne Summer Festival and Farmer’s Market on D Street and Third Street from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Thursday night starting June 3 through Aug. 26. The festival offers a variety of craft booths, fruits, vegetables, flowers, food and activities and live entertainment.
