Leopards resume play

After a short hiatus, the University of La Verne football team has decided
to resume its season against Whittier College tomorrow.
The decision to play follows a cancellation of last week's game against
Azusa Pacific University, which was canceled out of respect for seriously
injured teammate Rollie Dykstra.
Dykstra has been moved from critical to serious condition at Pomona
Valley Hospital Medical Center.
The Leopards enter the Whittier contest with a 1-3 conference record.
