The Board of Trustees met Nov. 16 to discuss various topics, ranging
from the strategic plan to the budget/indirect cost study. Ken Calkins,
a member of the Board, spoke about the Personnel and Compensation Task Force.
Calkins informed the Board that the task force was close to presenting a
completed statement on the principles of compensation.
