LVTV 3
The last University of La Verne women's basketball game will be aired
on LVTV channel 3 at 8 p.m. tonight. The game will feature the Leopards
giving Pomona-Pitzer its first and only conference loss.
Live Theater
On Wednesday, March 12, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. two performances will take
place at the Museum of Contemporary Art. They are "Token, Alien"
by Cornerstone Theater Company and "West" by Ann Carlson and Mary
Ellen Strom. Refreshments will be served. For more information, call (213)

Music Recital
Tenor Raymond Garza will perform his senior recital on Sunday, March
16, at 8:30 p.m. in Founders Auditorium. He will perform selections from
"West Side Story" and "Carousel" as well as other pieces.
This event is presented by the Music Department. Admission is free.
'Private Parts'
Radio personality Howard Stern's book turned movie entitled "Private
Parts" opens today in selected theaters, including Edwards Cinema in
La Verne. The movie is showing locally at the Glendora Mann 6 theater. Call
