Behavioral Science

Registration begins next week, for all undergraduate classes.
Health Physics
Faculty members with research interests rooted in health physics may
apply for the U.S. Department of Energy's 1998 Health Physics Faculty Research
Award (HPFRA) Program. Awards can reach up to $50,000 and rewardees are
eligible for two additional renewals for a total of three years. Application
deadline is Feb. 27, 1998, and awards will be announced in July or August

Screening
Producer/director Eric Gardner will host a screening in La Fetra Auditorium
on Monday, Nov. 10, at 4 p.m. Gardner would like to use University of La
Verne students and faculty as a focus group for his new feature film, "Love
and War." Gardner has directed several episodes of TV series, "Sightings,"
wrote and produced film, "Breakaway" and was senior editor on
"Alien Autopsy."
