The University of La Verne's Associated Student Federation (ASF) Forum
met in the West Dining Room on Wednesday, March 17, at 8:38 a.m. Forum members
updated plans for future activities, and final selections for the Financial
Review Board were announced.
Entertainment
Several committees of the ASF Forum have made arrangements for future
activities, including a week of various live bands, Free Day of Fun and
a night at Bullwinkle's Family Fun Center in Upland.
Three different bands -- Joy the Bug Band, E.W.C. and Billie Sister
-- have been reserved to take part in the week of live band entertainment.
This event is scheduled for April 12-16 from 2-4 p.m. in the Quad.
Dates for the other events have not been determined.
FRB Selected
After an application and review process, a commuter student, on-campus
student, transfer student and freshman student were elected to fill four
vacancies on the Financial Review Board (FRB).
Junior Paul Verna, sophomore Shamika Abbott, sophomore international
student Nicole Andlaw and freshman Jeanetta Young, respectively, were selected
for the positions.
