Students are required to use a computer with Internet connections as part of the coursework. They need to have an Internet provider and to establish an Email address (Email is also available through the University). The student is then able to access WebCT http://webct.ulv.edu/. WebCT allows students to communicate with each other and faculty via email, conferences, and chats.
