Voter Registration

Flag of the United States When a college signs a Program Participation Agreement (PPA) an agreement to participate in federal student aid programs, it agrees to make a good faith effort to distribute voter registration forms. A school must make an effort to distribute the forms to each student attending the school, and must make the forms widely available to students who are enrolled in a degree or certificate program. The voter registration requirement applies to general and special elections for federal office, including the election for governor, or other chief executive within a state."

Voter registration materials will be available at the Financial Aid Office 120 days prior to the deadline for registering to vote.
