Requesting an account is a simple process!
- Download the security agreement form and complete it.

NOTE: No form will be considered unless it has a valid signature! - Send the completed form to the OIT department to the attention of Tim Fraser. You can send this information in a sealed envelope or deliver it directly.
- Once your account has been set up, you will be notified and training can be scheduled with the Operations/Maintenance Department to complete your account activation.
