Academic Honesty and Honors

Members of the ULV Honors Program are expected to adhere to the university's policies on Academic Honesty as outlined in the Catalogue and are subject to the same penalties for violation of these policies. If a faculty member recommends that a student be expelled from the Honors Program for plagiarism, the Honors Committee will consider the individual case and make a determination as to the student's status in the Program. Possible consequences of plagiarism may include immediate expulsion from the Honors Program in addition to the penalties listed in the ULV Catalogue.
