What's the Senior Seminar?

Offered only during the Fall semester, the Senior Honors Seminar has been taught for the past few years Honors Centerby Professor Barbara Jefferson. The seminar, called "Searching for Self", is a general exploration of higher education in the United States through the years as well as the opportunity for Honors students to reflect on their own individual journeys through the University experience. This tremendously popular capstone seminar may be taken for 1-4 semester hours for the convenience of our busy seniors; the quantity of work, however, is invariable, regardless of the number of units for which the course is taken. When planning your senior year, please bear in mind that this course will not be repeated in the Spring Semester!
