Security on Campus
- Resident Assistants- Head student residents who manage a floor.
- Campus Safety- Responds to emergencies and provides service 24 hours a day for students safety needs.

Housing Accommodation
- Twin-size, extra-long mattresses.
- One dresser provided per resident.
- One desk and chair provided per resident.
- One closet provided per resident pending on size of room.
- Lounge- Includes couch, television, table and chairs.
- Kitchen- Includes a full size refrigerator, sink, and microwave.
- Laundry- A washer and a dryer provided in each floor/wing.
- Parking- Available near all resident halls.
- Male and female shower and restroom facilities provided on each floor/wing.
Residence Halls
- Brandt- Three-story building. Provides housing to males and females on separate floors. All rooms include Cable TV capability. Lounge area includes a pool table, couch, and television. No air-conditioning is provided.
- Oaks- Six, two-story high buildings. Coed floors. All rooms include Cable TV capability. Lounge area provides couch, television, table and chairs, and kitchen. Air-conditioning is provided.
- Stu-Han- Two-story building. Provides housing only to females. All rooms include Cable TV capability. Lounge area provides couch, television, and a pool table. Kitchen area includes a stove, oven, and microwave. No air-conditioning is provided.
