These Rules are issued on authority granted by the Board of Trustees to the President who, in turn, delegates the authority to the Executive Vice President. They supersede all policies and procedures previously issued. Any oral or written statements or promises made by anyone which contradict the Rules are not valid without specific approval of the Executive Vice President. The Director of Human Resources is authorized to interpret the rules.

These Rules are subject to change at any time. Unless otherwise noted, changes will immediately affect all staff members.
