The Mosaic Cultural Institute Website was developed with three goals in mind:
- to familiarize interested individuals with the University of La Verne’s commitment to and programs for our diversity vision,
- to serve as a resource to those interested in institutional diversity, and
- to serve as one more means of communicating our diversity progress.

Mission Statement
The MCI serves as the catalyst for diversity initiatives, unifying campus efforts through collaboration, support, and sharing information, thereby fulfilling ULV’s core values of excellence.
Vision Statement
The Mosaic Cultural Institute will:
- Support and enrich existing diversity transformation processes.
- Initiate diversity transformation through programs and services.
- Assist in the creation of an inclusive environment in the classroom, campus, and workplace environments.
- Network with relevant stakeholders to maximize the benefits of diverse talents, experiences, knowledge bases, and resources.
