Accessing Health Services at ULV : Steps to Take

Step 1: ULV Health Center

Remember to:

Take care of yourself.
Know when you are not feeling well.
Visit the ULV Health Center if you experience any physical changes that concern you.

Health Center Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am-3:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 noon

Remember: You must use the services of the Health Center during their hours of operation where treatment will be administered, or a referral issued. If you use other services when the Health Center is open or without a referral you will be personally responsible for the financial charges (unless it is an emergency.)

Step 2: Central Avenue Urgent Care Center

If you need non-emergency care and the Health Center is not open, go to:

Step 3: Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center

In the event that both the Health Center and CAUC are closed and your illness is serious enough to need attention berfore the next day, please go to the Emergency Room at:

Note: medical care and treatment is not available at the ULV Health Center during the Summer. During the summer a nurse is available for telephone consultation Monday through Friday. Please call and/or leave a message at 909/593-3511, ext. #4254 and all calls will be returned within 24 hours. If you need immediate attention, go to Central Avenue Urgent Care.
