The professors at ULV are very well educated. They take time with international students and don’t make us feel bad about our limitations in language. At ULV you will have classmates from all over the world and it is enjoyable to get to know them. I chose to live with an American Family so that I could learn more about American culture. If I had chosen to live with Chinese students, I would not have learned as much. I learned more than just book English.

I must be honest and say that I had never heard of the University of La Verne before a college teacher told me about it. I visited the school and students told me that they loved ULV because of the small classes and the full attention teachers gave them. When I became a real student at the school, I felt the same. Both the professors and the staff are quite friendly and kind to the students. I loved to be a ULV student and it was a wonderful experience to be at the University of La Verne. I must also be honest to say that parking was a problem for me. It was at times hard to find a parking space.

I learned a lot when I was studying at the University Of La Verne. Thanks La Verne. ULV is a good school where you will receive a good education. The professors and students are very friendly and help each other when they have problems. The professors are very good in what they teach. They know a lot about their subject. I did not like the long classes on Saturday--from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. I did like the class but I hated taking the time on Saturday when I usually have fun. The other thing that I didn't like about La Verne was the parking. Sometimes, it was very difficult to find a parking space.
