Housing

On Campus Housing

Residence halls are used primarily by undergraduate students. Many undergraduate students choose on-campus housing for their first years at ULV.

For more information about on-campus housing, refer to: http://www.ulv.edu/housing/

Off-campus Housing

Among off-campus housing options are the following:

If you live off-campus, you will usually:

  1. Sign a lease that requires you to live in the apartment for at least 6 to 12 months;
  2. Pay the first and last month rent in advance;
  3. Pay a "security deposit," a fee that is returned to you when you depart and the landlord checks to make sure that the apartment is in good condition.

Utilities: Utilities include water, gas, and electricity. Some landlords include utilities in the cost of the rent; others will expect the renter to pay some or all of the utilities separately.
