Mission Statement and Core Values of LEAD
LEAD builds the foundation for immediate and long-term leadership by developing thoughtful, responsible, and proactive student leaders for the University of La Verne and the greater community.
The LEAD program is based upon two main beliefs:
- Leadership can be taught through experiential and theoretical approaches applicable to student leaders and organizations.
- Leadership education efforts support and promote growth and development of the student, both in and out of the classroom environment, as an individual.
