Room Reservations

• Hogan Seminar Room (Room 160) is designated for ULV faculty and staff meetings, library instruction, dissertation defenses, and other functions sponsored by the library. Reservations must be made by ULV faculty or staff only.

• Ring Presentation Room (Room 172) is designated for library instruction, dissertation defenses, and other functions sponsored by the library. Reservations must be made by ULV faculty or staff only.

• Group Study Rooms are designated for the use of ULV students only. Rooms are available for groups of 2 or more only and on a first come first served basis. Sign up sheets are available on the doors of the room.
