Strategic Plan

The University's Strategic Plan, along with its Mission Statement, will guide the institution academically during the next decade. The Strategic Plan serves as a framework for making ongoing decisions that will result in continuous University improvements -- physically, financially and academically. The premise of the Plan is to:

build on the strong heritage of the University to serve Southern California and the global community in the 21st century
develop a more visible and marketable identity
address critical issues of space, institutional, and program size
enhance research and professional activity and increase the quality of the student body
serve as a framework for continuous University improvement

In addition, the Plan establishes a number of goals to be achieved by 2008, including a commitment to:

locations and plans for the delivery of programs
plan for campus development and expansion that supports and represents an institution of recognized excellence
