

This multidisciplinary, graduate-level certificate is designed for professionals who want to specialize or broaden their knowledge in gerontology. The admission requirements are the same as for the M.S. Gerontology.
The Certificate program requires 18 semester hours:
12 Core courses are in Gerontology,
6 are selected from many of the five M.S. Gerontology concentrations.
Courses completed in the certificate with a grade of B or higher may be transferred to the M.S. Gerontology program with the approval of the Program Chair.
