Project Specification Request

Please only use this form to request a software development project. Your request will be handled in the following manner:
- When a campus client requests a project from the Enterprise Applications Support team, OIT will contract with (and pay for) an external organization to perform the initial Feasibility Study.
- A time and cost estimate to perform the detailed analysis necessary to develop the "Functional Assessment and Requirements" document will be provided to the requestor and the requesting department will be required to authorize and fund the detailed analysis if they wish to continue with the project. If they choose to continue with the detailed analysis, the work will be out-tasked to an external organization.
- The "Functional Assessment and Requirements" document will be reviewed by the Director of Enterprise Applications Support to determine whether his staff has the time or expertise to develop the system in-house. If they do not, a time and cost estimate to develop the requested system will be provided to the client and the requesting department will be required to authorize and fund the development.
