What services does the Payroll Office provide?

When do I get paid?
ULV has semi-monthly payroll, on the 10th and 26th of the month. If these days fall on a Saturday, the pay date is the Friday before. If they fall on a Sunday, the pay date is the Monday after. For more information see Pay Dates

How do I get paid?
The initial paperwork for payment is generated by your home department. The necessary forms need to be filled out completely and signed by the appropriate department heads and deans. The forms and any required documentation should be forwarded to Human Resources for approval and payment entry. Does ULV offer direct deposit?
At this time direct deposit is offered only to full time employees. If you are a full time employee, and would like to enroll or make changes to your information, you need to submit a direct deposit form. See Payroll Forms

How do I make personal information changes?

Does Payroll Office keep a copy of my pay stubs?
Payroll Office does not keep copies of your pay stubs. We suggest you securely keep your stubs in case of future needs.

What should I do if I don't receive my paycheck?
Contact the Payroll Office. We will tell you if there was a check issued for you and where it was sent. If there was no check, we will direct you to either your home department or Human Resources.

Do I fill out Time Sheet or Time Card?
If you are a regular hourly employee, fill out time sheets. Contact Human Resources for time sheets. If you are a Federal Work Study, or Non-Work Study student worker, fill out time cards.
