The ULV Counseling Center staff is available to provide workshops and presentations to the campus community during the academic year at no charge. Below is a list of topics typically requested by the campus community:
- Stress Management
- Coping with Anxiety
- Understanding Depression
- Eating Disorders
- Procrastination/Time Management.
- Relationship/Dating Issues
- Communication Skills
- Conflict Resolution
- Alcohol/Drug Abuse
- Diversity Awareness
- LGBT Issues
- Gender Issues
When requesting a workshop or presentation, we ask your assistance in helping us provide quality programs by giving us at least two weeks notice. The minimum number of participants is 6. The maximum number of participants depends upon the type of program being requested. Please note: Our programs are provided between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM unless other arrangements have been made.
