What is an unofficial evaluation?
The primary purpose of an unofficial evaluation is to provide prospective students with as much information as possible in order to make an informed decision. The unofficial evaluation is an estimate showing:
- the amount of credit that you will be transferring
- the course requirements that you have already completed
- any course requirements that may still remain
Who should request an unofficial evaluation?
Any prospective student:
- choosing to obtain a bachelor degree
- participating in a regional campus program or ULV Online.

What do I need to have an unofficial evaluation conducted?
You will need to fax or mail:
- Unofficial evaluation form (pdf)
- All academic transcripts (unofficial or official)

How can I find out the results of my unofficial evaluation?
Upon completion, your unofficial evaluation can either be emailed or sent U.S. mail directly to you. After you have received your unofficial evaluation, your ULV representative will be available at (800) 695.4858 to answer any questions.
What do I do after I receive my results?
The next step after your unofficial evaluation will be to submit an application for admissions and your official transcripts to the university. Our staff will assist you in this process. Click here to view a list of campuses.
