First-Year Undergraduate Student Survey

The Office of Student Life, a program of the Division of Student Affairs, is interested in assessing the quality of your academic and social experiences during your first semester here at the University of La Verne. You have been selected to participate because you are a first-year student at ULV. Participation is voluntary, and you may choose to omit any item that makes you uncomfortable. The inclusion of your student ID number is used for record keeping purposes only and your responses to the questions will remain strictly confidential, and data reported will not be linked to you personally.
