Student Learning Outcome

As a result of the Faculty Fellow Program, students will "break down" traditional perceived barriers between themselves and faculty. Students (and Faculty) will have an opportunity to see and engage each other outside of the classroom setting in a more informal atmosphere.
Faculty will share with students more about their general field of knowledge or other hobbies/ interests that the Faculty members may have.
Students will benefit from seeing ULV Faculty as "real people" who have real interests and lives.
Each RA will select at least one ULV Faculty member who they would like to invite to be the designated Faculty Fellow for their particular living area.
