Judicial Board
The Judicial Board is advised by the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and is comprised of three faculty members, an Area or Programs Coordinator from the Housing Department, the Director of Campus Safety, and an ASF representative. Policy violations that are of a serious nature will be referred to the Judicial Board. In addition to educational sanctions, sanctions set by the Judicial Board may result in any of the following:
- Termination of the resident student’s Housing License Agreement
- Persona Non Gratis status. This status will prohibit the student from entering certain university property. Students who violate this status are subject to arrest for trespassing.
- Official academic disciplinary action may be taken which will remain on the student’s permanent transcript
- Social probation
- Suspension or expulsion from the University of La Verne
