News from June 2006:
"This is LaVelle hittin you to say hello and thanks for sending the email on the latest happenings that you are doing. As for me all is very good. Acting wise you can go to any Blockbuster or Hollywood Video and rent the 3rd Season of "The Shield" and see my first co-starring role with Micheal Chiklis. I'm on the 6th episode. I play the crackhead "Shades" -- he beats up for information. Also I just bartended the new Pilot Season Party and made a lot of promising connects so this new season should be very interesting.
"My son Mekhai Wilson is the big STAR!!! He was cast on the soap opera "Passions" in February 2005 just five weeks after he was born and has been added to the cast of characters. He plays Baby Miles, Chad and Whitney's son born out of incest, as written in the show. Chad and Whitney are half-siblings. He is now 16 months and is still doing the show God willin since the writers are keeping him on so far. He is also with Abrams Artist Agency in their Commercial and Print Departments. (This was not my idea my manager ask to submit him cause he was cute and the rest is a blessing.)
