Tom (Moose) Moose (2000) is currently making his living playing gigs in and around Los Angeles and as time permits, he finds work as an extra in film and commercials. Tom was playing guitar in a 12 piece orchestra/big band for a the West Coast Premier of a musical called The Wild Party.(The show had its NYC premiere in 2000.) The play is "somewhat a cross between Rent and Chicago, lots of fast swing/bebop, blues etc. and 2 ballads. I can't tell you much of the play, since I'm always in the orchestra pit and can't see what's going on, but it SOUNDS like it should be fun :-)" The performance played at UCLA's Schoenberg Hall in February of 2003. He has returned to ULV in the fall of 2003 to play bass in the band for The Rocky Horror Show.
He recently worked as an extra on Collateral Damage, a recent film of "Governor" Arnold Scharzenegger.
Tom Moose (2000) and LaVelle Wilson (1999) (La Velle and Tom pictured to the right) played in What Now Mama! which played at The Haugh Performing Arts Center on September 16th 2000. What Now Mama is a Gospel play about a strong mother who believes that the Lord will intercede in her familys life. She is aware of the trick that Satan tries to use to divide the family but she refuses to let him. This God fearing mother endures a lot of trials and tribulations. She holds fast to her faith. She believes that the Lord will save her husband and family. This Gospel play has created such a spirit filled message to all who have had the pleasure of being in the audience.
